Wagering requirements specify how many times bonus funds must be turned over in qualifying bets before a withdrawal can be made. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means PKR 20,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on o786, including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, bilateral series, ICC events, football, esports and all other available sports markets.
Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation, except where an in-play cash-out option is offered and selected by the player. It is the player's responsibility to check bet slips carefully before confirming.
For cricket matches, bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body. In the event of a match being abandoned or reduced by weather before the minimum number of overs required for a result, bets will be settled according to the specific market rules published for that event type. PSL matches follow the same settlement rules as other T20 events on the platform.
A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in circumstances including: the event not taking place within the specified timeframe, the market being opened or closed in error, obvious pricing errors, or where the governing body declares the result void. o786's decision on void bets is final.
Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per event. These limits vary by sport and market type and are displayed within the platform at the time of bet placement. Winnings in excess of the stated maximum will not be paid regardless of the odds accepted at bet placement.
Attempting to exploit pricing errors, using automated betting software, or placing bets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome through multiple accounts constitutes a terms violation and may result in bet cancellation and account closure.
All casino games, slot games and live casino tables available on o786 are provided by third-party game suppliers. Game outcomes for RNG (Random Number Generator) games are determined by certified random number generation systems. Live casino games are operated by trained live dealers in real time.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, withdrawals may be placed on hold until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation finds no breach of terms, the account will be reinstated and any pending withdrawals processed. If a breach is confirmed, the account may be permanently closed and balances forfeited to the extent permitted under these Terms.
You may request to close your account at any time by contacting o786 support. Any real money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements being met. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will not be returned.
